У моего мужа такая ситуация: устроился на завод Роствертол учеником слесаря, отработал 3 месяца и собирается увольняться, т.к. нашел более выгодный вариант. На заводе подошло время обучаться и получать разряд слесаря! Срок обучения заканчивается в конце августа. За всё время работы закрыто нарядов на сумму 50 т.р. На заводе мужу выплачивать эту сумму отказались, мотивируя тем, что он ещё ученик и по договору у него оклад 6700. Подскажите правомерно ли это не оплачивать мужу его честно заработанные деньги.
